The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to conduct a Public Hearing on Petition #04-20-PLN filed by Abonmarche Engineering, 1009 South Ninth Street, Goshen, IN 46526 representing the owner Spartin Development, LLC 1849 W. Lincoln Street, Goshen, IN 46526.
The petitioner is requesting a Preliminary Plat approval for a 24 lot subdivision to be known as Blackstone 6th Addition.
In light of COVID-19 and Governor Holcomb’s Executive Order #20-08 Directives for Hoosier to Stay Home, the City of Nappanee Plan Commission will also hold this public hearing via teleconference/video. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
