Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By Scott Anderson Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number: 029-041-001.aba and on the South side of 700 N and 1385’ West of 300 E in Plain Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a Mag spike at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 11 being within the right-of-way of County Road 700 North; thence South 89°38'57" East (basis of bearings established per Walker & Associates survey dated May 5, 2013), along the North line of said Northeast Quarter and within said right-of-way, 652.48 feet to a Mag nail at the Point of Beginning; thence South 89°38'57" East, along said North line and within said right-of-way, 577.05 feet to a P.K. nail; thence South 00°02'36" West, 366.00 feet to a point 0.15 feet North of a 1/2" rebar; thence North 89°38'57" West, parallel with said North line, 576.58 feet to a Walker cap pin; thence North 00°01'47" West, 336.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.85 acres more or less.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room On Wednesday, June 3, 2020 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
