Rule 5 Notice of Intent

    The City of Nappanee, Indiana (300 W. Lincoln St; Nappanee, IN 46550) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Airport and Miriam Water Tank Improvements Project at the following location in Elkhart County, Indiana:  On the south side of U.S. 6 approximately one-quarter mile east of C.R. 11.  Storm water runoff from the project site may potentially discharge into Berlin Court Ditch.  Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to, Mr. Gale Gerber, Utilities Manager City of Nappanee, at 574-773-4623.
