The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, April 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this hearing is to hear the following rezoning request from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to I-1 (Industrial) for property located on the Southside of County Road 52 between County Road 101 and County Road 3 containing 47.732 acres. The petition is filed by Abonmarche Engineering, 1009 South Ninth Street, Goshen, IN 46526 representing the owners LFM Holdings, LLC, PO Box 486 Nappanee, IN 46550
In light of COVID-19 and Governor Holcomb’s Executive Order #20-08 Directives for Hoosier to Stay Home, the City of Nappanee Plan Commission will also hold this public hearing via teleconference/video. Access to this information will be posted on the doors of City Hall 48 hours prior to the meeting. Information will also be posted on the web site Nappanee.org and Nappanee Facebook page. A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
