Nextremity Solutions Acquires Lakeland Technology Inc.

Nextremity Solutions Inc. announced Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of Lakeland Technology Inc.

Nextremity Solutions Inc. is a strategic commercialization organization with a focus in the extremity market located in Warsaw.

“Our team couldn’t be more excited about this acquisition. The combination of our manufacturing skills with the innovative designs coming out of Nextremity Solutions will definitely set Lakeland Technology up as leader in the manufacturing industry,” said Terry Sites, president of Lakeland Technology.

Lakeland Technology Inc., previously known as B&M instruments since 1986, was founded in 2007 and is an ISO 13485 certified contract manufacturer with a focus on quality. Their engineering staff assists with design for manufacturability during the design process. Additionally, they specialize in manufacturing implants, instruments, complex assemblies, prototypes and custom surgical instruments.

“As a company focused on rapid development and commercialization of new technologies, it’s critical that we have the capability to quickly manufacture prototypes while being able to efficiently transition to production level volumes. Adhering to high quality standards and ensuring timely delivery of our Revenue Ready solutions benefits our strategic partners and distribution channels.
