Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by 9526 S State Road 15 Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Agricultural District to an Industrial 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on East side of SR 15 & 100 South of 950 S. Key Number: 035-019-007.H & 035-019-001.C in Lake Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
TRACT 1: A tract of land located in the State of Indiana, County of Kosciusko, Township of Lake, being a portion of section 32, township 31 north, range 6 east, bounded on the north by County Road 950 South and more fully described as follows, to wit:
