(with corporate offices at 20 Culvert Street, Nashville, TN 37210) is submitting a NOI letter for our facility (located at 1102 Leiter Drive, Warsaw, IN 46580) to notify the Indiana  Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Run-off from the facility discharges to the Warsaw municipal storm sewer system with the ultimate receiving water being Walnut Creek. Questions or comments should be directed to Allison Alderfer, Health, Safety & Environmental Manager at the above-mentioned facility address.
