The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to conduct a Public Hearing on Petition #02-20-PLN filed by the owner Amish Acres, and Pletcher Enterprises, Inc. LLC, 1600 W. Market St. Nappanee IN by and through its duly authorized agent, Marbach, Brady & Weaver, Inc. 3220 Southview Drive Elkhart, IN 46514.
The petitioner is requesting a Preliminary Plat approval for a 5 lot subdivision to be known as AMISH ACRES AUCTION SUBDIVISION.
