Notice is hereby given, that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by KLM Investments requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a duplex apartment on property which is located 809 Terrace Drive, Winona Lake, more particularly described as follows: Pacel ID 006-071-221.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 30th of March 2020 at 8 P.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
