By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-1911-MF-000132, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WL2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-WL2 was Plaintiff, and Robert D. Smith, AKA Robert Smith, Sharon A. Smith, AKA Sharon Smith, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Synchrony Bank FKA Ge Capital Retail Bank and Vion Consumer Loan Trust I were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of April, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots numbered eight (8) and nine (9) in Oakridge, as same are known and designated on the plat thereof in plat book 6, page 72, in the office of the recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
