NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1910-MF-000124, wherein PNC Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Samuel E. Frush, Roberta I. Frush and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE3 were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of August, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot 1 and 2 in Block 7 in Hay's First Addition to the Town of Pierceton, in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 204 West Elm Street, Pierceton, IN 46562
Parcel No. 43-12-27-300-341.000-030, 43-12-27-300-547.000-030
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
"Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause 43D03-1910-MF-000124 in the Superior Court of the County of Kosciusko, Indiana."
