By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1905-MF-000055 wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC was Plaintiff, and Zachary DeFries, Community Federal Credit Union, Vanderpool Law Firm PC and Rushell Defries were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of August, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
