NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1910-MF-000117, wherein Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc was Plaintiff, and Galen Close, AKA Galen D. Close and Kosciusko County Health Department were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of July, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Ten (10), Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range Seven (7) East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section Ten (10), Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range Seven (7) East and running thence South on the West line of said Quarter Section One Hundred Sixty (160) feet to a point which is the principal place of beginning; running thence South on said West line of said Quarter Section One Hundred Ninety (190) feet, more or less, to the center line of an open ditch; thence running along the center line of said open ditch in a general Northeasterly direction to a point directly East of the principal place of beginning; thence West to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
