    By virtue of certified copy of a decree dated January 20, 2020 directed to me from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1911-MF-000137 wherein Horizon Bank is the Plaintiff and Dyrell A. Kreis, as personal representative of the estate of Dyrell C. Kreis, deceased, the unknown heirs, et. al. of Barbara J. Kreis and Snow & Sauerteig, LLP are the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 28th day of July, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, commonly known as 3211 West 700 South, Claypool, IN 46510, the legal description of which is to wit:
