NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Sandra Del Pilar Foreman requesting approval of a Use Variance to request a Allow a Home Occupation in a R-1 on property located at 119 E. Baker St., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

    All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN 46580/phone (574) 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
