IN RE: THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF

M.J.H., a minor child

    TO: Marie Lynn Hurley

    This summons by Publication is directed to the Respondent, Marie Lynn Hurley, whose whereabouts are unknown.

    You are hereby notified the Petitioners, Alex Baxter Carlin and Ashley Kate Carlin, hereafter “Petitioners,” have filed for the adoption of the minor child. M.J.H. against you in the Circuit Court of Whitley County, Indiana under Cause Number 92C01-2007-AD-000493. Said cause seeks terminate your parental rights and declare the minor child the biological and legal child of the Petitioners.

    If you have a claim for relief against the Petitioners arising from the same cause, you must assert it in your written answer or response. You must answer the Petition in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief requested by the Petitioner.
