By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-1906-MF-000071, wherein Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals is the Plaintiff and Timothy James Hedrick is the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of August, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 30, 31, and 32 in the First Addition to Northcrest Addition on Beaver Dam Lake, which addition is located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 31 North, Range 5 East in Seward Township, and the plat for which addition is recorded in Plat Book 5, page 59 as Instrument Number 12283 in the Recorder’s Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
