    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Scott Anderson Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agriculture District to an Agricultural 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on South side of 700 N and 1375’ West of 300 E Key Number : 029-041-001.aba 2701 E 700 N, Leesburg

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, 2nd P.M., Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at a railroad spike at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes S7 seconds East, along the North tine of said Northeast Quarter, and along Country Road 700 North, 890.52 feet to a P.K. Nail and the point of beginning; thence Continuing South 89 degrees 28 minutes 57 seconds East, along said line 338.82 feet to a PK Nail; thence South 00 Degrees 02 minutes 13 seconds East, 366.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence North 89 degrees 38 minutes 57 seconds West, 338.02 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds West:, 366.00 feet to the point of beginning.

    Commencing at a mag spike found at the Northwest: corner of said Northeast Quarter, thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes S7 seconds East: (deed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for the description). on and along the North line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 652.48 feet to a mag nail at the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 38 minutes S7 seconds East on and along said North line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 700 North, a distance of 238.04 feet to a mag nail at the Northwest corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 93-08-1635 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 47 seconds East (recorded South 00 degrees 05 minutes 05 seconds East), on and along the West line of said tract: of land in Document Number 93-08- 1635, a distance of 366.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said tract of land as recorded in Document: Number 93-08-1635, said iron pin being situated 0.25 feet: North of an iron pin. said also being situated 4.5 feet South of and 0.3 feet West of a Wood post found; thence North 89 degrees 57 seconds 'Nest" a distance of' 238.04 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "'Walker"; thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 47 seconds West, a distance of 366.00 feet 10 the point: of the beginning.
