Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by MAHPHD, LLC requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a boarding house at 503 West St. on its property which is located at 503 West St., Winona Lake, more particularly described as follows: 006-072-017.A Lots 4 & 5 Biblers Subdivision.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 20th day of January, 2020 at 7:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
