Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by James Bausch requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit construction of existing rental status at 102 1st St. and development of new single family home on adjacent vacant lot. on his property which is located 102 1st St. more particularly described as follows: Lot 105, 006 070 067.A plus lots 106, 107.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 20th day of January, 2020 at 7:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
