Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Randee Robison requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit non occupied accessory building to be for storage and occasional rental on his property which is located lot 116 1st Amend & Add PL to Winona Park, more particularly described as follows: 006 076 025, 409 Administration Blvd.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 20th day of January, 2020 at 7:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
