By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-1909-MF-000097 wherein RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation was Plaintiff, and Travis D. Swick; Beachwood Park and Lake Breeze Property Owners Association Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of February, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Tract I:
Lot Number 1 in the 2nd Addition to the Plat of Lake Breeze on Hoffman Lake, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 46, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Tract II:
Lots Numbered 32 and 33 in Person's 2nd Addition to Beechwood Park, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 330, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
