    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-1906-MF-000059 wherein The Huntington National Bank was Plaintiff, and Ross Harvey, Town Of Syracuse and Kosciusko County Indiana Treasurer were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of February, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    A tract of land in the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, better described as follows:

    Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 6, and thence North along the Half Quarter Line 634-1/2 feet for a principal place of beginning; thence North 86-1/4 Degrees East, 278 feet to a point, thence North 66 feet to a point; thence South 86-1/4 degrees West, 278 feet to said half quarter line; thence South on said half quarter line 66 feet to the place of beginning, reserving for use as a public highway a street 40 feet wide off the West side of said tract

    More commonly known as: 1022 North Branch Street, Syracuse, IN 46567

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
