By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1801-MF-000019 wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for C-BASS 2007-SP1 Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-SP1 was Plaintiff, and Mark Holland, AKA Mark A. Holland was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of February, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number Forty-two (42) in Flagstone Terrace Subdivision in Section 21, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Wayne Township.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
