NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition:

    Buffalo Street Townhomes, by Matthews Warsaw LLC, which is a proposal to subdivide .85 acres into 25 lots. The property is located at North Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN.

    The hearing has been set for Monday, March 9, 2020 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal.

    The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets. These may be examined in the office of the Plan Commission in the City Hall in  Warsaw, Indiana.

    Anyone who required an auxiliary aid or service for effective communications or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, (574) 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
