    Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By Brian Erne Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number: 005-077-014 and on the South side of 450 N & 0 Feet North of Old Shoe Lake Rd. in Tippecanoe Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    Part of the northeast quarter of section 20, township 33 north, range 7 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana (This description prepared by Kevin R. Michel, LS80870006, as part of a retracement survey Grassy Creek Heaven, west tract, competed by J.K.
