By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1906-MF-000060 wherein First American Trust, LLC was Plaintiff, and Gail Motes a/k/a Gail R. Motes was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of March, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 29 and 30 in the Plat of Heron Bay Addition, Tippecanoe Township as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 405B in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
