NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
    Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year at their regular meeting place of 102 S. Buffalo Street, at 7:00 p.m., on the 18th day of February, 2020.
Fund Name: Redevelopment General     
Major Budget Classification:    AMOUNT    Capital Outlays    300,000.00
TOTAL from Redevelopment General    300,000.00
    Funds are to be used for land purchase.
    Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the City Planner, 102 S. Buffalo St. Warsaw, In. 46580, 574-372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
