SYRACUSE – The Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce partnered with Clear Vision Media to create a community video showcasing the members of the Chamber, industries and community of Syracuse.

To debut the video, the Chamber rented out the Pickwick Theater. Mercedes Sanchez was the lead videographer and producer on the project, with the help of her sister, Alexandria Sanchez, according to a news release provided by the Chamber.

“We saw the power of visual storytelling through media come alive for the town of Syracuse,” Mercedes said.

Renea Salyer, Chamber director, raised funds for the video through small business sponsors including Clear Vision Media.

“Clear Vision Media took our vision and brought it to life to tell our story in Syracuse. The video is designed to be an economic development tool, assisting us in growing our community and the Chamber membership body. The Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber is nothing without the community and our member businesses. Together ‘We are the Chamber!’” Salyer said.

The video has also been entered into a national competition for membership based organizations.

“This community video created by Clear Vision Media and the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce will not only work as an amazing marketing tool, but also celebrate the Syracuse community,” said Sanchez.
