    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Marlin Miller Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Public Use and Residential Districts to Commercial and Residential Districts, The Following Real Estate, located on North side of Brooklyn St. and 150’ East of Main St., in the Town of Syracuse Key Number: 008-024-206 & 008-024-205 in Turkey Creek Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    Description: A tract of land in the southeast quarter of section 6, township 34 north, range 7 east, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
