NOTICE
You are hereby notified pursuant TO I.C. 6-1.1-25-4 et seq., that the undersigned intends to file a Verified Petition of Tax Deed and Application for Order for the following described property located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to wit:
Lots Numbered 17 and 18 in the Town of Packerton
Key No. 001-097-011; Parcel No. 001-706000-21; State ID No. 43-15-15-100-035.000-001;
Street Address or other common description: 8117 S. Packerton Rd., Claypool, IN 46510;
The Petition will be filed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court on or after October 19, 2021.
On or after November 19, 2021 the Petitioner intends to make application for an order on the Petition for a Tax Deed to be issued.
The description of the tract or real property shown on the Certificates of Sale are shown above and you are believed to be an owner, or a person with a substantial interest of public record.
The tract or real property above described was sold at tax sale on the 19th day of October, 2020.
The Purchaser of the Tax Sale was the undersigned, namely, Susana Horn.
Any person may redeem the tract of real property
As an owner, occupant, or person with substantial interest of public record you are entitled to redeem the tract or real property.
The amount of the Judgment for taxes, special assessments, penalties, and costs to redeem the tract or real property is in the amount of $1,108.16, plus interest as provided by statute, plus publication fees provided by the Petitioner for publication expense.
Also, the Purchaser or the Purchaser's successors or assignees are entitled are entitled to reimbursement for additional taxes or special assessments on the tract or real property that were paid by the Purchaser subsequent to the tax sale and before redemption.
The tract or real property has not been redeemed from the tax sale as of the date of this Notice.
If the Purchaser or the Purchaser's assignees is entitled to receive a Deed for the tract of real estate if it is not redeemed before October 19, 2021.
If the property is not redeemed, the owner of record at the time of the tax deed is issued may have a right to the tax sale surplus, if any.
The Purchaser is entitled to a reimbursement for costs incurred by the Purchaser and described in Section 2(e), I.C. 6-1.1-25-2(e) of this Chapter.
