NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw  Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Raphael  Cunha requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards to request to Allow for Higher Density of Units in an R-3 and approval of a Variance from Development Standards to request to allow for Additional Lot Coverage on property located at 415 Washington St, Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

    This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, 12/28/2020, at 7:00:00 PM.  All interested  persons are invited to attend to be heard.  Written comments  will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.  Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures  to participate in a program, service,  or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN  46580/phone (574)372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
