By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2006-MF-000024, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Michael J. Dennin, Martha J. Dennin, The United States of America, The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Kosciusko Community Hospital and Atlantic Credit & Finance Special were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 26th day of January, 2021, at the hour of 10:00 AM, with a closing time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com , the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Tract 1: Lot numbered 5 in Oakland Terrace Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 36, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Tract II: Lots numbered Four (4) and Eight (8) in the Plat of Oakland Terrace in Clay Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 1835 West Maple Lane, Claypool, IN 46510
Parcel No. 43-15-16-300-078.000-001
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
