Building owners First Light Enterprises LLC, who purchased the building in 2017, recently completed extensive exterior renovations on the historic downtown Warsaw building, according to a news release from the WCDC. The former U.S. Post Office at 120 S. Lake St., Warsaw, was built in 1931. The building is of Colonial Revival architectural style with an Ashlar Limestone exterior and beautiful arched wood frame windows – which have been meticulously restored, the release states.

Warsaw Community Development Corporation and the City of Warsaw continue to improve the downtown infrastructure and attract new businesses.
