    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Town of Syracuse Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Residential District to an Industrial 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on the  West Side of Maple St and 400’ North of Brooklyn St. in Turkey Creek Township Key Number : 008-024-307 & 008-024-206.A

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land in S.L. Ketring's 2nd Addition to Syracuse 1898 as Recorded in Plat Book 2, page 150 and in the Southeast quarter of section 6, township 34 north, Range 7 east, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at the southwest corner of lot #47 in Ketring's 2nd Addition to Syracuse; thence Southerly along the extension of the west line of said lot #47 being the esterly right-of-way of Maple Street to the south line of a platted 12 foot alley and the point of beginning; thence westerly, along said south line to the west right-of-way line of platted Ash Street (unimproved), 412 feet; thence northerly, along said west right-of-way line and said west right-of-way line extended, 627 feet to the centerline of Turkey Creek; thence easterly, along the centerline of Turkey creek, 366 to the westerly line of the property conveyed to Gary d. & Annette K. Cook in Document No. 200400006000; thence southerly, along said westerly line, 101 feet to the southwest corner of said Cook property being on the northerly right-of-way of North Street; thence easterly, along the south line of said Cook property and along the north right-of-way of North Street, to the intersection of said North right-of-way and the extension of the easterly right-of-way of Maple street; thence Southerly, along said easterly right-of-way and its extension to the Point of Beginning.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of

Industrial 2 Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, September 2, 2020 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
