By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-1912-MF-000143 wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee for VRMTG Asset Trust was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Nellie Metcalf, Deceased and United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of September, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Twenty-three (23) in the plat of Bluebird Acres, 1st Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 100, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 1484 Dove Ln, Milford, IN 46542-9051
Parcel No. 43-03-15-300-029.000-027
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
