Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Vikkie Donaldson requesting approval of a Variance from development standards to request a allow a mobile home in a R-2 and allow an accessory structure in front of the primary structure on property located on 004-033-156. W, off of Hepler Dr., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot 33 Phillips Addition.
This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, 08/24/2020, at 7:00:00 PM. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S.
