    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1912-MF-000151 wherein Lake City Bank was Plaintiff, and Shelly L. Keesee and Timothy A. Keesee were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of September, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:

    Lot Number 63 in the Village of Palestine, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 353, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana

    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
