NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Wendell Miller requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a single family rental on his property which is located at 2007 Lakeside,  more particularly described as follows:

    Parcel ID 006 073 011

    The hearing will be held at  Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 18th day of May, 2020 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
