INVITATION TO BID

    Notice is hereby given that the Nappanee Board of Public Works and Safety will receive sealed bids for 1 single axle dump truck chassis and related equipment.  Specifications may be received by contacting Brent Warren at 574-773-2112 or [email protected].

    All bids must be submitted in duplicate on Form #95 as approved by the State Board of Accounts and accompanied by a bond equal to ten percent (10%) of bid or cashier’s check.  Bids must be accompanied by a complete description, brochures and name of manufacturer.  Successful bidder shall furnish a shop manual.  Successful bidder will be required to submit final order for approval prior to placing order with manufacturer.

    Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:30 P.M. EST on May 26th, 2020 at Nappanee City Hall, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee IN, 46550.  Bids will be opened during Nappanee Board of Public Works and Safety meeting held on May 26th, 2020 at 3:30 P.M. EST in the Council Chambers of Nappanee City Hall.

The Nappanee Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or accept the one, in their judgement, which will be in the best interest of City of Nappanee.  Consideration is given to the lowest responsible and responsive bid.  Bids may be taken under advisement for up to (30) days.
