    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court III of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1908-MF-83 wherein Richard O. Zarse was Plaintiff, and Sheila White and Snow & Sauerteig, LLP, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on June 23, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Kosciusko Sheriff’s Office, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

    Lot Number 6, in Kuhn’s Park First Addition, as Recorded in Plat Book 8, page 81, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
