Notice is hereby given that Steven Slabaugh, Seth Slabaugh, and Todd Slabaugh were on the 15th day of April, 2020, appointed co-personal representatives of the estate of Mary Charlotte Slabaugh, deceased, who die don February 22, 2020.
All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
