The Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber’s new logo was crafted based on the membership services and support it provides for the community while keeping with the nautical theme, according to a news release from the Chamber.
The life preserver is a symbol of support. The Chamber’s goal is to “inspire inner strength and the drive for success despite obstacles through the programs and services” it provides, the release states.
The compass symbolizes guidance to point the Chamber’s businesses and community in the right direction. The Chamber strives to be the go-to source for information and resources. In the middle of it all, are the lakes providing enrichment to the lives of the community and businesses.
The SWCC Foundation Inc. logo is a clean modern design that compliments the Chamber’s logo, according to the release. The SWCC Foundation Inc. will create, promote and develop the economic, civic, cultural and social welfare of the citizens of Syracuse through placemaking projects and community arts and entertainment programs.
