    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Luke Minear Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Commercial District to an Agricultural District, The Following Real Estate, located on East Side of Syracuse Webster Rd. & 465 feet Northwest of SR 13 Key Number : 005-011-003.D in Tippecanoe Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land in the southeast quarter and the southwest quarter of section 3, township 33 north, Range 7 east, Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance

    This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room On Wednesday, May 6, 2020     At 1:30 P.M. Please note that parties will not be allowed into the meeting room more then five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled hearing time you are attending for and if the number of attendees for any one case creates a conflict with Local, State, or Federal guidelines you may be requested to wait until your hearing is called to enter the meeting room.  All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard However the board requests that no more persons then are necessary attend the meeting.  Written Comments Will Be Considered and are Preferred.  Written Comments Must be Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 72 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.  Please note that no documents will be accepted at the meeting.
