(Local Time) And The Following Hearings Have Been Scheduled To Be Heard At The Designated Times. Please note that parties will not be allowed into the meeting room more then five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled hearing time and the board requests that no more persons then are necessary attend the meeting. Written Comments are preferred.

Please note the office is closed to the public at this time but arrangements (not inconsistent with State and County safety guidelines) may be made to view the file documents. Written Comments Filed With The Area Plan Commission received 72 hours prior to the scheduled hearing Will Be Entered Into Official Record and no documents will be accepted at the meeting. Oral Comments Will Be Heard At The Time Of The Public Meeting however the board requests that no more persons then are necessary attend the meeting and written Comments are preferred.
