    Notice Is Hereby Given That The Kosciusko County Hearing Officer Will Hold A Public Hearing For The Below Listed Exceptions In The Commissioner’s Meeting Room Located in the County Courthouse at 100 W Center St., Warsaw On Monday, May 11, 2020.

    All Hearings Will Be Heard No Earlier Than The Designated Time Unless Modified Prior To The First Hearing.  The Public Hearing Will Begin At 8:30 A.M. (Local Time) And The Following Hearings Have Been Scheduled To Be Heard At The Designated Times.  Please note that parties will not be allowed into the meeting room more then five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled hearing time and the board requests that no more persons then are necessary attend the meeting.  Written Comments are preferred.

    The Files For The Below Petitions Are Available For Public Inspection During Normal Working Hours Of Kosciusko County Offices.  To arrange to view the associated files you may call The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Office at 574-372-2304.  Please note the office is closed to the public at this time but arrangements (not inconsistent with State and County safety guidelines) may be made to view the file documents.  Written Comments Filed With The Area Plan Commission received 72 hours prior to the scheduled hearing Will Be Entered Into Official Record and no documents will be accepted at the meeting.  Oral Comments Will Be Heard At The Time Of The Public Meeting however the board requests that no more persons then are necessary attend the meeting and written Comments are preferred.  The Board May Find It Necessary To Continue Any Hearing, In Which Case This Serves As Legal Notification For Such Hearings.
