Lewis Salvage (corporate office at 1961 White Industrial Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46580) is submitting an NOI For our facility (located at 3454 North Detroit Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46582) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities.  Run-off from the facility will discharge to the Tippecanoe River.  Questions or comments should be directed to Cary Lewis at the above mentioned Lewis Salvage corporate address.
