By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1911-MF-141 wherein First Federal Savings Bank n/k/a Crossroads bank was Plaintiff, and Atta B. Helman, Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. and Discover Bank, were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of May, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot numbered #183 Section 1 and lot #183B Section 1 as shown on the recorded plat of Enchanted Hills as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 120 in the office of the recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 9174 E Doswell Blvd., Cromwell, IN 46732.
Parcel No. 43-04-13-403-988.000-025
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
