NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1906-MF-000068, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Jason Bell, AKA Jason M. Bell and Celeste Grant were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of May, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number Three (3) in North Riverwood Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 14, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Including that manufactured home more specifically described as a 1990 Friendship II, Serial Number MY9123463ABW/5628382FBS, which has become affixed to and is taxed as real property commonly described as 943 East River Avenue, Warsaw, Indiana, 46582.
More commonly known as: 943 East River Avenue, Warsaw, IN 46582
Parcel No. 43-07-21-200-152.000-016
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
"Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause 43D03-1906-MF-000068 in the Superior Court of the County of Kosciusko, Indiana."
