NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

    Syracuse Storage LLC of PO Box 583 Winona Lake, IN 46590 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Syracuse Storage, north side of Bowser Road 300' East of St. Rd. #13, in Syracuse Indiana. Run-off from the project site is tributary to Lake Wawasee. Questions or comments should be directed to Garrett Howell at the above mentioned address.
